- Withholding (DOR) and unemployment (DOL) registrations are now combined
- Takes at least 14 business days for application to process and username does not become active until then.
- If needed, can call 503-945-8091 , Option 2, Option 1 for questions on BIN
- BIN # goes in for DOR Account Number, Leave account number for DOL blank but put in new employer rate
